Our Story
I am Gergely Hiznyai, a 46-year-old Hungarian beekeeper. We run our business as a family business. I have been producing honey since 1998.
I keep my 600 families of bees in modern Langstrooth loading hives, which I keep at a strong, productive level with intensive migration! I am a member of the Hungarian Bee Association, the Association of Professional Beekeepers, and Biokontroll Hungária Kft., which is a serious inspection organization in the domestic context.
I have been certified organic every year since 2007.
The appendix to the certificate contains the beekeeping products we produce. Such as: organic pollen, organic acacia honey, organic mixed flower honey, organic honey, organic beeswax and organic propolis. The main profile of our family business is honeycomb production. I deliver my self produced honeycomb to many countries in the world in tables, boxes and in glasses. To me, honeycomb means the following uncompromising, excellent quality: I call honeycomb a product of excellent quality, made from natural honey with an organic honeycomb base, free of antibiotics and chemical residues, 95-100% covered, light-colored, and containing no flower pollen at all.
How we work ?
Since 1997, we have been dedicated to producing high-quality organic honey, using the most modern beekeeping techniques. Beekeeping has been a generational profession in our family, passed down with a deep commitment to sustainability and quality. We employ advanced methods such as hive heating during colder periods to ensure the bees' strength and productivity.
Our annual production is impressive, yielding a wide range of organic bee products, including pollen, acacia honey, mixed honey, beeswax, propolis, and honeycomb. All honey is carefully filtered, filled into export barrels, and delivered on pallets with certificates verifying its authenticity. Our commitment to organic farming ensures that every step of the process meets the highest standards, providing pure, natural honey for our business partners worldwide.
